By registering on this forum, you agree to use it properly, and to refrain from posting any content that is aggressive, offensive, defamatory, hateful, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to post messages inciting or evoking illegal practices, or violating the terms of use of the service.
The moderators and administrators of this forum will do their best to delete or edit any reprehensible messages that may be posted on the forum. You acknowledge that all messages posted on this forum express the opinion of their respective authors, and do not necessarily reflect the position of the moderators and administrators.
In order to ensure the moderation of this forum, any message violating the preceding provisions may be edited or deleted without notice by the moderators and administrators of the forum. Any abuse may also be sanctioned by banning or deleting the user account. We reserve the right to inform your access provider and/or the judicial authorities of any malicious behaviour.

- You grant moderators of this forum the right to delete, move or edit any topic at any time.1- Please keep all topics appropriate. Do not discuss or act out violent or gory scenes. Discussion about drugs or alcohol will not be tolerated. 2- The use of profanity will not be allowed under any circumstances, Do not curse or call anyone names. Do not attack another user verbally. The use of abbreviations is allowed somewhat, but do not abuse them. 3- Do not ask for personal information. Advertising or asking for profile websites is not allowed. The includes asking for someones email address or messenger. 4- Do not harass other users. Meaning do not make fun of them, call them names, or put their ideas down excessively. 5- Advertising will not be allowed. Do not enter the room with the purpose of posting links, Links to ImageShack, PhotoBucket and ChatterBox are okay. All other links need to be okay by a chat mod. No links to MySpace are allowed, as they often lead to bad things. 6- Arguments that become heated will be stopped. Do not bring your personal problems into the public chat. Talk to the appropriate people about your problems, not to all of us. 7- Do not enforce the rules if you are not a moderator. You cannot enforce the rules, so you may only cause more trouble by doing so. 8- Try to keep the caps to a minimum. A few words or phrases is fine, but constant caps will be punished. 9- Please do not speak any other language besides English. Occasional phrases with appropriate translation is fine. 10- Do not break, or talk about breaking, rules. No warnings will be given about this rule. 11- Only ChatterBox and Server owned channels may be advertised. If someone requests to see your channel, feel free to PM it to them. 12- Do not use script that are not approved by either Panic, or the chat admins. Active scripts that can be abused by either you or another user will result in discipline for both users. Bot scripts are not allowed on the channel. The only allowed scripts allowed in the channel are music announcer scripts, away scripts, PNP, Aliases, and Popups. 13- Do not go under a registered nick that is not yours, attempt to copy a registered nick, or go under a nick with the intent of stealing it. 14- Please do not discuss sensitive topics within the room. This includes but is not limited to Race and religion. Also do not come into the room with the purpose of insulting the purpose of the room (Which would be RuneScape and Panic-Citys) if you come into the room and the first line is "RuneScape sucks" do not be surprised if you are kicked immediately. 15- Clones are not allowed in the room, unless they have a purpose.
